Fit Fashion Fun

Today I will be talking about fitness fashion. With summer coming, everyone wants to have a bikini ready body. You want to feel confident and beautiful while strutting your stuff at the beach or swimming pool. This past weekend, I spent hours and hours at a dance competition/convention. It was extremely fun to see every dancer's fashion expression through their athletic clothing. I have found that a new athletic outfit makes me feel confident and helps me do my best in class as well as auditions. This is the same idea for workout routines.
